The section "International Relations and Global Studies" invites those who wish to share the results of their own research and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of academic and scientific life.

In 2026, the work of our section is organized into the following thematic subsections:

1. Modern global political processes

2. The global economy in the face of great challenges

3. Features of socio-cultural globalization

4. Sustainable development and global challenges

5. Problems of managing global migration processes

6. International organizations and associations

7. Energy diplomacy in international relations

8. Modern challenges and threats to international security

9. Russia's place in the system of international relations

10. History of foreign policy and diplomacy

11. The Global South: its Position and Role in the English-Speaking World

12. BRICS self-identification: national interests and a common strategy in 2026

REQUIREMENTS FOR THESES

by content

The topic of the theses should correspond to the topic of the subsection.

Abstracts should include:

a research problem and justification of its relevance;
a purpose of the study;
a brief description of the research results;
conclusions;
the list of references (strictly in Cyrillic or Latin letters, other requirments for the list: https://lomonosov-msu.ru/rus/event/10000/page/4519 ).

The originality of the text is at least 75%.

Language:

Russian or English.

Volume:

at least 1.5 pages with bibliography;

no more than 6500 characters with spaces.

Abstract should be divided into paragraphs, WITHOUT subheadings.

The Expert Commission reserves the right to reject abstracts if they do not meet the requirements.

Participation in the work of the section

Time for a speech: 5-7 minutes.

The Expert Commission has the right to ask questions about the submitted report.

Preparation of the presentation for the report is optional.
