At the same time, the rapid development of technology and artificial intelligence, as well as the improvement of financial markets and instruments, are contributing to the development of new methods for analyzing and managing risks.

10. Strategic Management and Regional Economics

The subsection will discuss the most pressing issues of strategic management of the country's and its regions' socio-economic development. It will propose a solution to the regional policy challenge of overcoming the differentiation in the country's socio-economic development, the disintegration of regions, and the formation of a unified economic space. The proposal will be to reform Russia's territorial structure not based on national or administrative criteria, but rather on economic zoning, dividing the country into macro-regions. This will not only strengthen interregional integration, create a common market, and develop a unified infrastructure, but also improve the overall strategic management of the regions.
The importance of a cluster-based approach to spatial development management will also be noted, and the role of development institutions such as concessions, special economic zones, investment funds, etc. will be analyzed.

The session also covers topics such as oil prices and the Russian economy, the impact of sanctions on the development of the domestic oil and gas industry, the Asian and European vectors of Russian gas development, sustainable energy development in the regions, and the prospects for alternative energy sources, including renewable energy and nuclear energy.
