About
The Eastern Slavic Countries Regional Association of the International musicological society (IMS) in collaboration with the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and Council of Young Scientists of the St. Petersburg State University organizes the Session of Young Scientists “Musical Art and Science Art”. The Session is to be held on November 17, 2021 within the framework of the IX International Interdisciplinary Conference “Music – Philosophy – Culture” at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. The Session is timed to coincide with the Russian Year of Science and Technology.

  • Contemporary composing and Science Art
  • Performing concepts and Science Art
  • The future of Musical Art in the context of Science Art
  • Processes of aestheticization in the exact sciences

Students, bachelors, masters, graduate students, applicants, musicians, young scientists, independent researchers, music industry producers, lecturer and representatives of educational and scientific institutions (up to 40 years) are invited to participate. To participate in the Session it is necessary to send the application and theses of your report by October 1, 2021 (incl.). All of the documents should be sent only by the system of electronic registration means. The application process is carried out on the scientific and educational portal “Lomonosov” (https://lomonosov-msu.ru/rus/event/6775/). The applications sent by post or e-mail will not be considered.
 
Session working language – Russian. Speaking time: 15 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion. You can display presentations, audio and video files. The organizing and program committee of the Session reserves the right to select competitive reports.
