You are invited to take part in the XV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Actual Problems Of Electronic Instrument Engineering” APEIE-2021 to be held by Novosibirsk State Technical University and IEEE Russia-Siberia Section on 19 – 21 November 2021.

All full papers sent for conference proceedings will be subjected to double blind reviewing process
It is permitted to publish only reports with new scientific results not previously published anywhere (translation of an earlier published article in any other language is not allowed).
Non-original reports will be rejected.
Papers of only submitted reports are sent to the IEEE Xplore digital library.
A report is considered submitted if it is voiced and discussed during the conference.
At the end of the conference, peer-reviewed articles will be sent to the IEEE eXplore Digital Library.
IEEE makes every effort to index the proceedings of the conference in the scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science, but does not guarantee the indexation of works in any particular database.

COVID-19
In accordance with the Regulation of the NSO Government №. 437 dated October 26, 2021, in-person participation in APEIE 2021 is possible in the presence of: 
a valid QR-code (hereinafter - QR code), confirming that the person received a vaccine against the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) or had a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) over the past 6 months. The QR-code can be obtained with the use of the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation (gosuslugi.ru) or with the use of  a specialized application of the Public Services Portal of the Russian Federation "Gosuslugi. Stopcoronavirus" 
or a paper COVID-19 vaccination certificate 
or a negative PCR test for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), valid for 72 hours since the time of the testing
or a certificate, obtained from a medical organization, confirming that the person has had a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and less than 6 calendar months have passed since the date of recovery
or a certificate, obtained from a medical organization providing outpatient care, about the counterindications to vaccination against a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), certified by the attending physician and the head (deputy head) of the medical organization, with a negative PCR test for a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), valid for 72 hours since the time of the testing
QR-code shall be presented by a person on an electronic device or on a paper carrier in a format that allows scanning it with a camera of a smartphone, tablet or other similar device.
